B3 waste rules

• PP no 19/94;12/95;18 / 99 ;---> Pengelolaan limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun
• Kepka BAPEDAL no 68/94 ---> tatacara memperoleh izin penyimpanan, dan pengumpulan limbah B3.
• Kepka BAPEDAL no 02/95 ----> DOKUMEN LIMBAH B3.
• Kepka BAPEDAL no 03/95 ----> Persyaratan teknis pengolahan limbah B3.
• Kepka BAPEDAL no 05/95 ----> simbol dan label limbah B3.

• Limbah padat B3 diatur dalam PP No 18/1999, PP No 85/1999 dan keputusan BAPEDAL.

• Obligations to be met by industry B3 waste producers, namely: (a) submit waste (if untreated) to the collector / processor of B3 waste in no more than 90 days, (b) make and keep records about the types, characteristics, and the resulting amount of time, waste of time following delivery carriers name, at least once in 6 months to BAPEDAL with copy constructor and the Governor of the relevant agencies.
